3 Star Best Companies Awards 2009

In the 2009 awards Jenrick competed against over 650 other companies, of all sizes and spanning an array of industry sectors, to achieve this award.

Only 300 received a Star Status, with a mear 48 achieving the top accolade of 3 Stars.

As we have briefly mentioned, what is quite unique about the accreditation is that the ratings have been compiled in a way which enables all companies, regardless of size, to compete on a level plain-field. Therefore, the final scores truly reflect which companies are the very best to work for.

Jenrick entered the awards for the first time last year, finishing with one of the very highest scores, being 791.2.

This year’s final results table will be made available from April, however from the feedback we have already received from Best Companies, we believe that we have done equally as well if not better.

Julie Alton and Philip Fanthom represented The Jenrick Group at this years awards and both were impressed with the variety of presentations and especially the guest speakers.

The Best Companies Index (BCI) has taken over seven years to develop and has surveyed over 750,000 employees across thousands of UK organisations, making it one of the most comprehensive and accurate gauges for this subject ever created. In 2008 alone, almost 200,000 employees completed surveys.
