Job Description:
A large leisure complex in the Walton On Thames/Weybridge area is seeking a Technical Assistant to join their team. You will have mechanical/electrical experience in building maintenance and have a valid National Pool Plant Operators certificate.
In this role you will look after 11 sites in total, and be working very closely with 2 other Technical Assistants as well as the Operations Manager.
The Job Purpose
To deliver the day to day maintenance regimes and minor reactive repairs of the contractual hard FM responsibilities covering
-M& E Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes
-Building Fabric Planned Preventative Maintenance Regime.
-Health & Safety Policy
-Environmental Policy
-Operational Maintenance Issues.
The working hours are on a shift basis of 8am - 4pm/ 9am - 5pm. You will also be required to work late 2 nights per week, and to be on call during evenings and weekends.
