A global construction company in London require an Operational Projects Manager/ Facilities Manager for their IT division.
The day to day duties include
* To effectively manage operational projects for the FM team, provide management support for the Client and Account Manager with procurement tendering and added value operations support projects.
* To carry out feasibility studies for proposed projects and obtain scheme approval in principal.
* To carry out periodical visits and safety & environmental building inspections to the client UK offices and to all other properties in CE on an as and when required basis.
* To effectively manage the CAD & CAFM database software to ensure maximum functionality and availability.
* To obtain & collate information for inclusion in monthly security reports.
* To devise, communicate, implement and maintain management processes to ensure the accuracy of data ensuring those involved in populating the database understand the importance of accuracy and immediacy of availability of data.
* To continually review and propose enhanced working methods and processes to support the FM team with reliable data.
* To undertake role of client liaison and co-ordination for operation projects
* To work proactively to manage and develop the relationship with the client
For this role you will be required to travel once a month to one of their European/USA sites.
