Salary £40,000 - £55,000
Our client based in London, is a global construction consultancy, and they are seeking an FM Consultant to carry out the following duties
* Support delivery of facilities management consultancy assignments, primarily in the public sector, especially education and health.
* Advise on FM wiithin the context of PFI/PPP schemes.
* Develop strong client relationships, and identify additional consultancy opportnities with existing clients.
* Work 50% off site, meeting clients and understanding their requirments.
The ideal candidate will have the following experinece/skills
* Previous experience within the FM industry
* Previous experience of working within an FM Consultancy
* Have strong interpersonal skills
* Have strong FM market knowledge, and be able to impart knowledge and experience with authority and respect.
* Have good written and verbal communication skills
Working Hrs 9 - 5.30
